Puppies are Here!!!!

I just wanted to update everyone that the puppies are actually here.  Here are a few pictures of the litter.  I am not sure which one will be my Nadja, but time will tell.  Renee does a temperament test along with her own observations and instincts and I am sure will pick the perfect one for me.

This is one of the first pictures after the pups were born.  I think the day was October 5th.  There are 11 in the litter and you can see from above their temporary names until they are all adopted.

Renee gives them theme names with each litter.  With the being born close to Halloween, you can see above the theme.  Now as you look at the pictures I am going to post, you will be able to better identify them as they grow bigger and bigger.

Voodoo-orange brindle male
Phantom-black brindle male
Ashes-gray brindle male
Casper-navy brindle male
Boo-yellow brindle female
Hocus-light pink fawn female
Pocus-dark pink fawn female
Pumpkin-purple fawn female
Trick or treat-light blue brindle male
Frankenstein (frank)-green fawn male

Dracula (drac)-red brindle male

She hand feeds 2 or 3 depending on their weight.  Renee is one of the most if not the most responsible breeder I know, she loves each and every one of her puppies and makes sure they not only get all the medical care and feeding they need but true love and attention.  She and her family are amazing!  Her daughter Mariah works at a local farm of sorts and they periodically take on baby goats because the mother cannot handle all of them.

We were there visiting once and a little adorable goat was just hanging out like she owned the place, it was awesome.

Mirage is Gypsy's daughter from a previous litter.  She is so curious and eventually Gypsy let's her help out here and there.

They are growing like crazy.  Their eyes are open now and you can see, not much room at the bar.

Wow, what a great world we live in! Update inside!

We are a little over a week into the fund raising effort and we are at about $2100.  Things are going well as we get closer to our $10k goal.  I met Susan Day through twitter and her Puppy Club website and publication.  She graciously took my story and publicized it on her web page to her many viewers.  Dog lovers that share stories and experiences they have with her dogs.  Here is the direct link but I have also posted to article here.

Thanks again to all of you that have sent prayers, donations, support, and love, they are all appreciated greatly.   Keep sharing the story if you will, the more that hear it the more chance we have to meet the $10k goal.
